Karen A. Brimmer is a seasoned trial attorney with more than four decades of civil litigation experience in South Florida. She tried her first civil jury trial in her first year after graduating from law school in 1977 and has since conducted more than 100 jury trials in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
Her practice has encompassed employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, complex commercial disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Ms. Brimmer brings a unique perspective to the mediation table — having tried over 100 cases, she understands both sides of a dispute.
